We load the Taurus (ReserveerEenvoudig) widget for reservations. Your booking details are passed to De Appel through Taurus. When the widget loads, Taurus receives technical data such as your IP address. Contact enquiries and open job applications are genuinely sent to info@deappelhengelo.nl. We use your name, email and message to handle your enquiry or application. Resend handles sending and may process data outside the EU. The website does not store a copy of your message, but keeps protected hashes and sending records to prevent spam and duplicates. These are removed after 30 days on a subsequent form request. Received emails remain in De Appel's mailbox; contact info@deappelhengelo.nl about retention, access or deletion. We use no advertising trackers. Only with your permission do we load Google Analytics on the public website to measure page visits. Google then receives technical data, such as your IP address and device information, and sets analytics cookies lasting no more than 180 days. We do not send form content, names or email addresses; URL query parameters and fragments are omitted. Google may process data outside the EU. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the website. We then stop further measurement and remove our analytics cookies; this does not automatically delete data already sent. Our hosting provider processes technical requests to serve the site. The Google map only loads when you choose to open it. Google then receives technical data, such as your IP address, and Google's privacy policy also applies.
